The Company does not guarantee:

  • permanent residence approval; 
  • citizenship approval; 
  • investment migration approval; 
  • educational admission; 
  • scholarship awards; 
  • employment opportunities; 
  • employer sponsorship; 
  • investment performance or returns; 
  • property appreciation; 
  • processing timelines; 
  • government decisions; or 
  • any specific legal, commercial or financial outcome. 

All immigration, residency, citizenship, educational and investment decisions remain solely within the authority of the relevant governmental, regulatory or institutional body.

  1. Government Decisions

Immigration authorities, ministries, embassies, consulates, educational institutions, financial regulators and other competent authorities exercise independent statutory discretion. The Veritas House neither controls nor influences governmental decision-making.

Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible for:

  • visa refusals; 
  • application delays; 
  • requests for additional documentation; 
  • changes in eligibility criteria; 
  • quota limitations; 
  • programme suspensions; 
  • legislative amendments; 
  • administrative decisions; or 
  • policy changes implemented by any government or authority. 
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Veritas House, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, affiliates, representatives and authorised partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • access to or use of the Website; 
  • inability to access the Website; 
  • reliance upon Website information; 
  • inaccuracies or omissions; 
  • interruption of services; 
  • loss of profits; 
  • loss of business opportunities; 
  • loss of revenue; 
  • loss of goodwill; 
  • reputational damage;

Nothing contained in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.

  1. User Reliance

Users acknowledge that all decisions relating to immigration, international education, residency, citizenship, employment, investment migration, property acquisition, taxation or international relocation should be made only after obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to their individual circumstances.

The Website should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any personal, commercial or investment decision.

  1. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Veritas House, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, affiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses and legal fees arising from or relating to:

  • breach of these Terms; 
  • unlawful use of the Website; 
  • infringement of intellectual property rights; 
  • submission of false or misleading information; 
  • misuse of Website content; 
  • violation of applicable law; or 
  • negligent or fraudulent conduct. 

This obligation shall survive termination of Website access.

  1. Regulatory Compliance

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable within their respective jurisdictions. The Veritas House does not represent that information published on the Website is appropriate or legally permissible in every country. Users accessing the Website from outside India do so on their own initiative and remain responsible for compliance with all local legal requirements.

  1. Suspension or Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Website where it reasonably believes that a user has:

  • violated these Terms; 
  • engaged in unlawful conduct; 
  • compromised Website security; 
  • infringed intellectual property rights; 
  • attempted unauthorised access; 
  • interfered with Website operations; or 
  • acted in a manner prejudicial to the legitimate interests or reputation of The Veritas House. 

Such action shall be taken without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. 

The interpretation, validity and enforcement of these Terms shall be subject exclusively to Indian law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website.

Nothing contained herein shall prevent The Veritas House from seeking interim, injunctive or equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or other legal rights.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Waiver

No failure or delay by The Veritas House in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any additional legal notices published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement governing the use of the Website and supersede all prior understandings relating to such use.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall affect the terms of any separate written engagement agreement entered into between The Veritas House and its clients.

  1. Amendments

The Veritas House reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations or corporate governance practices. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Website following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
